I will help you to best legally handle your DWI charges. That’s a promise.
~DWI Charges Should Scare You~
DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) is a serious offense. Especially if you hurt property, yourself, or others. DWI is the only criminal offense that uses subjective evidence for convictions. This is evidence against you based on the subjective views of the police officer who pulls you over for suspected intoxication.
You have fifteen days after a Texas police officer arrests you for DWI in which to request an Administrative License Revocation Hearing (ALR) from the Texas Department of Public Safety to try to save your driving privileges. Fail to request a hearing within this time period, and your driver’s license will be suspended on the fortieth day following your arrest.
An important tip? You should never plead guilty until after you hire a lawyer, as pleading guilty ensures the removal of many of your legal rights.
~How I Can Help~
As your DWI attorney, I will be your trusted advocate.
I will provide you with smart legal advice, as every case is unique to itself. I will help you to understand the charges against you, how they impact your future, and if you must go to court.
Why hire me to represent you? Beyond my thorough understanding of the law, I offer you my superior negotiating skills, tenacity, commitment, and compassion. I will fight on your behalf to ensure the punishment doesn’t exceed the charges.
That’s a promise. Let me be your voice, when you feel you don’t have one.
